We are looking for an Account Manager – Commercial Lines to join our Clifford office. The successful individual will be a committed team player that is capable of multi-tasking and is adaptable to change. They will be responsible for working with the Commercial Lines Producer and should have excellent communications skills. Here are some details of the position:
- Assist producer with all aspects of servicing commercial accounts
- Process documentation (Certificates of Insurance, Cover Notes, Renewals, Proposals, Endorsements, In-House Policies, Invoicing, Finance, Contracts, Customer Correspondence)
- Review and ensure accuracy of policy documentation from insurers before forwarding to the client
- Contact clients for renewal information
- Update client information as changes occur
- Answer account related questions/requests from clients, lawyers, and banks
- Provide policy and coverage information to clients upon request or inquiry
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- RIBO License
- Sound working knowledge of commercial products and wordings
- Knowledge and experience Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with the EPIC operating system an asset.
- 3 years experience as a broker and Industry designation an asset (CIP, CAIB)
